I recently checked out the forum for Amazon Associates when there was a reporting problem and came across an interesting thread where a member was sharing his earnings ($12.5k Aug 14) and then there was a discussion on how he was doing that.

Anyway, it's probably worth a look if you're an active amazon affiliate and totally free to read of course.

Its a simple... Just google it "amazon associate" and then follow the link... Before you reach your first 100$, you have to fill tax form..

I am at tax form approval stage... But good thing with amazon, you get links, gadgets and much more support

At the end, there is no harm trying it too.
