This is an incredible copywriting swipefile from Dan Kennedy.

Rory Fatt is one of Dan Kennedy's students and runs a business-training company for non-chain restaurant owners. He publishes a monthly newsletter with a CD and runs annual business/marketing bootcamps.

This resource is the PDFs of the entire year-long promotion to fill up the 2005 free customer appreciation seminar, then the high-price bootcamp, and then sell the recordings of the bootcamp to subscribers who didn't attend. There are direct mail pieces, emails, faxes, voice broadcast scripts, etc.

A teleconference recording (MP3) goes through and explains the material.

Rory Fatt paid Dan Kennedy to write almost all these promotions, so this is an invaluable collection of Dan Kennedy produced material - an entire campaign from A to Z.

Fatt and Kennedy sold this resource for a high fee at the 2005 Glazer-Kennedy Infomarketing Summit, with full license to swipe and use the material verbatim. The Vault members dont have that license, of course, so rewording and reworking the material is necessary to use it in your campaigns. It is an important swipefile to study for all of us Dan Kennedy students.

This program is by Dan Kennedy and called his "Area Exclusive" program.

I didn't get what it was at first since "area exclusive" meant nothing to me. Once I understood what it was,  it made alot of sense.

Basically, it's how Dan and all his clients take a system that works in their business and license it as an "area exclusive" to other people.

So if you have a real estate system, or dental client acquisition program, etc etc and it works...this program can show you how to take that process and sell it as an "Area Exclusive" (meaning 'only so many will be sold to real estate agents or dentists' - in this case - in a specific area...) ...THUS, you make $15K and up for every "area exclusive" program you sell...because there are only so many areas in the world and thus the owner of that area gets an "exclusive" to be the only one in that area using it.

This is how Dan and his clients make big money. Clients using this sell these area exclusive programs for anywhere between $10K - $100K.

My friend, the late Foster Hibbard, said that the only thing more people are more inhibited about, scared of and controlled by than sex is money. I would further say that the aspect of money that most businesspeople are most inhibited about, scared of and controlled by than any other is 'price'.

"The area where I've had the combination of the most impact and the most immediate impact in the most businesses has actually not been direct-response marketing or copy that sells; it is 'price'. Often 'price' is the path to stored value, hidden or overlooked opportunities, marketplace and competitive advantage, and even personal liberty for businesses' owners. By exploring price strategies, we find our way to other opportunities to unleash enormous profit boosting opportunities in a client's business.

"I constantly tell people: if you are in a 'commodity' or commoditized business – GET OUT. I don't mean actually leaving the category of business you are in and embarking on an entirely new career. I mean creatively reinventing the business to be perceived differently than all other businesses in the category, so customers, clients or patients stand in line waiting, even literally begging you to accept them, rather than viewing you as interchangeable. This is extremely important. It is about a shift in POWER that must precede dramatic improvements in PROFIT. Sometimes changes in price strategies can be used to spearhead these changes. Other times, changes in price that favor the owner follow these other changes.

You can get a steak burrito at Taco Bell® , a steak-burger at Dennys®, a steak dinner at Applebees® or, for higher price, at Outback®, or for higher price still at Mortons® or Ruth Chris® or you can buy steaks at your supermarket or pay more at the butcher shop or pay more to have them FedEx'd from Omaha Steaks® or pay about 50% more than that to have them FedEx'd from Allen Brothers®. If price controlled buyers' behavior, these broad ranges of prices would not be able to exist. You will be tempted to point out that you are not in the cookie business. Pfui. EVERY business, without exception, is subject to a broad range of price. Sleep can be had at Motel-6 or at the Four Seasons or better. EVERY business.

I made these notes months ago, just got the transcriptions back.  Hope everybody enjoys them.

Just as a heads up - I do 2 styles of notes.  1 is a summary - When I read books, I highlight and extract the most useful text.  These give the "readers digest" versions of the books, making for GREAT study tools - extracting the crap.

The 2nd type is when I listen to a program, and take notes by paraphrasing and putting the interesting and useful points through my own filter.  

These are the 2nd type.  

Both styles have their pros and cons, but these 2nd type of notes are usually more thoughtful and more "action packed"
