I can vouch for his services, i have purchased several VCCs from him in past and they are legit. They do work with adwords. here is one of my recent campaign that went live. I used faridabada's VCC for this adwords account. Also do note that just getting a VCC from him won't guarentee your adwords campaign to go live. you how to set it up in a very specific way. and please don't ask me how, i am not sharing my method! if you don't know how to safely setup adwords, its best you but one from him.
