I have tried to manually install it to all directories that I know of and sadly...no luck. It seems that adobe has done its best to tie their apps into the cloud. In other words - you have to logged into the creative cloud.

I have read that some of the CC users also can not use this... but others can. I dont know. I have a Edu Account, but Adobe Cloud is not cheap. I will try it later again, so fare also not working for me. Thx.
