[ASK] What's a good theme for classified ads?

I've been approached by a client who wants to set up a Classifieds Ads site. He doesnt want it in wordress - he;s looking at either Joomla or Drupal.
I need to draw up a proposal with recommendations.

I'd like to draw on the experience of some of you gurus here in the hope of being able to get this project up and running. If I do get the project, then maybe there would be someithing in it for you too.

The basic requirements are:

1. Must be fast to load
2. Must be able to develop the site as it gets bigger and busier - simultaneous search handling a must;
3. Prefer to have dynamic searches;
4. Must handle several payment providers;
5. Login required for personal and business users.

Anyone know of a good script/theme they could recommend. The client doesnt want to use WP as he feels they're slow to load. If you have a classified ads site, please PM me if you dont wish to disclose your site publicly.

ok I will be straight to you i dont hav much experience with classified ads but i have friends who did that but i could give some suggestions
Templates for your Joomla powered website:
Joom Classified Template,SJ Live Classified Joomla Template,JM-Joomclassifieds,TheClassifieds.
Templates for your drupal powered website:
FlatClassifieds Drupal theme,ProClassifieds,DrupAds.
