Yes, filing a Paypal dispute will get you a virtually instant refund. However......

Considering we're all BH forum members and presumably making a fair amount of money from IM, why is everyone in such a rush to get a refund of just $9???

Especially considering:

1. It doesn't appear to be the GB organiser's fault
2. This has all blown up over the Christmas / New Year holidays period
3. The GB organiser hasn't logged in here since 25th December. Perhaps he's visiting family or on vacation?
4. It's ONLY NINE FRIKKIN BUCKS!!!!!
5. Lots of chargebacks could get the guy's Paypal account closed.

If ANYONE from BBHF started making chargebacks for $9 against my Paypal account without having even talked to me first, in the words of "Mr Wonderful" they would be dead to me and immediately banned from any future GBs I ran.

It's only been a week. Give the GB organiser some slack - it's the holidays after all!
