No, I already told that AdSense is optional. Monetization is coming from Content ID owner, so we don't need to monetize. But if you're eligible to monetize with AdSense then that is additional income.

It depends as you can make $100 daily with one video or 100 videos. I can't tell you how much videos to upload to make $100 per day as its impossible for me to give you an exact number.
