1. Can it spin the article using SpinRewriter?
2. Can it save the images you add by drag and drop locally to wordpress media?

The plugin has a builtin spinner. The images will be stored locally if you set it as featured image from within the plugin interface.

How about SEO and traffic to the website? Is that covered in this tool as well since content without traffic will not generate intended profits.

The plugin can post to your social media accounts and pages if that is what you are asking. As for onpage seo and traffic that is up to your keywords and seo knowledge.
