400$ Site Gone
I had a few small review type sites ranking on the first page of google.
I had bought only one PR3 link for each of them all from the same directory a while ago (dumb but I was new to IM at the time) Anyway the only one of these sites making money, its homepage yesterday completely dropped off of google for its "primary keyword". However, the sites privacy policy and disclosure page are still ranking for the "primary keyword" on the second page of google. However the hompepage has dissapeared completely from google for the "primary keyword". All my other sites using the same paid link, and similarily made dropped for their "primary keyword" but only a few places on the first page. Since all similar sites were hit a bit, and the one making money completely gone for its "primary keyword", what does this mean? It seems its either a penalty or a dance. The site ONLY had 1 link total, which was paid. The competetition was just that low, and my content was written well to convert. So is it possible that google would hit ONLY the homepage and not the rest of the site? As the link was only pointing to the homepage. If this is the case how can I recover this site? It was making me about 25$ a day so im stressed about this. |

you can try submit your site to HPR social bookmarks and blast blog commenting use them or social media don't use your money site. |

Guys, it would be really helpful if you could briefly explain how to check if a site has been slapped if you have a couple of minutes to spare.

It could be a penalty recently Google just cracked down on a blog network. If you have links on that blog network then you might have some problems with your rankings. Also check Google webmaster tool see if there is any penalty that you can remedy it on GWT. If not, check your SERPBook and Google analytics, and think what did you did before the rankings start to drop.

Try to remove that paid links that pointing to your website and one thing you to remember if you build links for your site just constantly build links just like 10 tier1 and 100 tier2 links continue it for 1-2 weeks. Also try to get some social signals likes,tweet etc.. This will solve your problems.

I'm sure there are lots of people who would like to have a site that made $400 a month from a keyword with so low competition that your privacy policy ranks on page 2 - so if anybody asks - don't tell them.
Never rest on your laurels, keep on slowly building new links to replace the paid one. If any pages on your site are ranking it isn't deindexed, so it will probably come back. And don't forget to build a list at the same time |
