You set the % that you want to keep in admin settings .. for example, if set at 70% publishers will get 70% of what the offers pay and you as admin keep the rest (30%)

You will have thousands of offers available through the supported networks. If you want advertisers you will need to look for them. But it is not needed at the beginning as you need publishers first.

so this BSO inclusive offers from supported networks and all I have to do is promote the site to get publishers (in the beginning)?
