Both. The lists are from webpages, if the webpage is from an online business, the list will also be. If the business is of an offline business (like restaurants, hotels, etc) then the list will also be of offline business.

I'm interest into buying your product but before should to know some details:
1) Does it work absolutely on any niche? Doesn't matter for offline or online lists? Will it work for health niche
2) I need some special sources for grabbing email lists or this is shuffle process? Can i control collecting email by keyword, sex - male/female, age, cities etc? Or it's generic email list?
3) Can i steal email list from my competitors?
4) What about conversion rate? How good is that if i will send them email to check the landing/review page with link to cpa offer?
5) Can i get real email from fb users on facebook groups?
