Just signed up for this a couple of days ago and I must say support is pretty awesome so far. There's definitely a lot to learn moving from shared hosting to VPS but they've been nothing but accommodating.

I am setting up my first site (yeah, just now, LOL) and I am hoping that the product is as good as the support.

So far, support is excellent, even for someone as tech-challenged as me, LOL.

I got 2 servers a in September when it was $15 / year. They're not too bad. Pretty bummed that its now $12/year though.

This deal is a steal, really. I initially worried about not knowing Linux AND not having any VPS management experience but George and Dominic do provide excellent customer service and technical support. The service they provide actually rival that of bigger hosting companies providing managed, shared hosting services.

Still need to do a lot of reading and studying to be "VPS-fluent" but so far it's reassuring to know that help is always available when a hurdle is encountered.
