It seems almost a month past i am still not able to access VIP threads.
I know you are working hard to fix this issue, but can you tell me what exact time it will take to recover from this.

It's not urgent or important, but since it's been 2 months and I still don't have access to the VIP folders, I thought it might be time to post a message asking staff to fix my account.
