how do you get penny clicks? i tried doing custom audiance using the slc software but the costs were crazy - farrrrr from penny clicks which would of been awesome lol but didnt happen.

Well you might be scraping the wrong demographic, and what are you advertising? For twitter I suggest anything thats mobile, or mobile friendly! Aps, etc..
