Just to clarify:
1. I sold the account to him and gave him all details regarding the account (Gmail inclusive)
2. He came back after like 3 weeks and accuse me to taking back the account which I told him I did not (I gave him all details of the account and he was supposed to change those details which he said he did not do).

That said, you cannot come and said I am guilty without hearing my side of the story.
Then replying to your comments, it is as follows:
a) he is guilty -- You are biased in saying that without hearing from me
b) nobody would be able to change account pass apart from the person that has access into the paypal gmail --- I gave him all the details of the account, Gmail inclusive

c) he is not here to support his service.. --- Once again you are biased in saying that cos I am always here to provide support for this BSO.

now you say your side of the story but the fact is the user didn't change the email and pass: SOOOO WHAT? why someone to even login in that email? or reset and change the paypal pass? who had access to that paypal and email? obviously 2 people the buyer and you and since the buyer didn't do it well we know who did....

obviously in order to change paypal pass need to know the email and the pass of email. and on top why you refuse to work with the buyer to solve his issue? it really doesn't make any sense since it is 1 minute to go inside the gmail and reset again the pass for that paypal then the user will login in the paypal and report where the money go if they are missing...

now as far as you told buyer to change pass ion paypal this doesn't make sense (coz buyer said you didn't) and on top since you had access to that email well it doesn't matter coz you could always change the pass...

as far as you passed gmail loggins well if you did that then the user wouldn't need to contact you in the first place and secondary he would be able to reset pass on his own....

sorry but the evidence doesn't look for you, i mean aside all this just the fact that you don't try to recover the account he bought from you should say alot, or replace his account and the money that had inside in case you resold it.....

How can I recover the Paypal account when I don't have access to the Gmail account after the account was sold.

That was what I told him after he brought up the issue and he was just insisting that I was the one that took the account. which I told him I was not. A lot of things could have happened to the account while he was using it.

DO you know how he was using his pc and who have access to his pc and possible to his account? Do you even know what could have transpired within the 3 weeks he used the account? Do you have all these info to conclude that it is the buyer and the seller that have access to the account?

I discussed the matter at length with him and was of the mind of helping out with account replacement but since he was insisting that I was the one that took his account, that was where the discussion broke down. If you were in my shoe what will you do?
