Horla, as I wrote to you as a private message, after 9 months from the purchase, the school administration, to which the edu email you created for me, has made my password expired and no longer usable. Please note, the only reason this thread was created is the grammarly and the complaint I take seriously is that about Grammarly too, but this is clearly about the email , which is actually a product that another seller sells on its own, meaning its actually a bonus with the grammarly account.

The responsibility I take fully for a whole year is that of grammarly, with full replacement if anything happens to grammarly within that 12 months guarantee period.

The problem is, I could have logged in fix it with the security question it asks, but I changed my PC and I lost some of my data, and that includes the TXT file that has the answers to the security questions asked, so I'm sorry on that.

Hi HorLa, maybe I don't know how to read well but it doesn't seem to me that YOU have written in your insertion that the 12 months warranty is valid ONLY for Grammarly. The problem is not Office, the problem is email. If I wanted to update my password on Grammarly, I couldn't do it because the School Administration has made my password expire. Also, if YOU give as BONUS access to Office365 with OneDrive and the School Administration makes the password expire, how do I create a new password? What happens to my data on OneDrive? You should write in your insertion that you do not assume any responsibility for the fact that the School Administration may suddenly make the password unusable. As I told you, I lost access to my data uploaded to OneDrive, so be sure to include a DISCLAIMER in your insertion.
