I want to resell your service to people in my locality.
What are the fees for preloaded VCCs and to reload them later?
For example fees for $10/20/30/40 VCC preloaded and reloading.
How do you charge the fees?

If you are loading between 1 - $10. No fees required

But $10+ - You have to add $3 extra to whatever you are loading on it as processing fee.

How much for for vcc loaded with $10/20 for first time?

Now, I want to load that vcc again with $10/15/20 etc later. We just pay you amount we want to load + $3?
