i've had other terrible hosts before. What makes this one different and won't eventually ghost and stop responding to all messages?

Because we are maintaining a long term business here. Unlike others who just come in for the money at the beginning then suddenly drops off. We do not oversaturate clients on servers, which most hosting companies do. Just a heads up that our support team is NOT 24/7. 12 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends. |
