It is not always down... We have an emergency maintentance on our Orange Server for Standard Package yesterday...

An email was sent and a network status was posted during our Maintenance.... We need to update WHM on that server.

You probably have been auto provisioned on that server on our Standard Package...

Everything is well now on that server...

How much traffic can be allowed per day/per week/per month? And can we transfer the domain and hosting to another host after 1 year if we want?

How much traffic can be allowed per day/per week/per month? And can we transfer the domain and hosting to another host after 1 year if we want?

1. Traffic - It really depends upon your setup of your site. We can safely say that a static site can have a suitable 10k to 100k traffic a month with no problem.

If you have a dynamic site, lets say wordpress, database will be in the works here and more resources will be needed. Unoptimized wordpress site we can definitely say up to 10k pageviews a month.

So to better have an uninterrupted wordpress website, better optimized it. You will need to optimized your css, scripts, images. You will need caching (lscache is included in our Premium and Business (Cloud) Plans), Memcached and Redis is also included in our Business (Cloud) and also CDN (Cloudflare works well, and with our Business (Cloud Plan) Railgun is included for free.) With optimizations like these on your wordpress site, we could safely say your site can have more than 10k visits a month with no interruptions.

Take note that these are all estimates, it still depends on how your site is setup, how many plugins on your wordpress site etc....

Thank for the answers. I have a plan for new site which would get 10k views per day. So normal hosting would hurt my site.

Is your Business plan 2 types, normal one and cloud? Or single one?

Our Business Plan is actually a Cloud Hosting, we already, changed it from Business to Cloud Web Hosting on our main site, but have yet to update here.
