The seller gives a written guide along with a video tutorial for creating either your personal Paypal account or business Paypal account. In my frank opinion, these guides are pretty much simple and state forward. The only catch is, the seller will provide Virtual Bank Account, SSN and VCC at some cheap price. Obviously this is a nice addition to keep away from leechers. Also in the guide, the seller mentions a few points to keep your Paypal safe. Seller also includes some PSD files for verification purposes, and the seller supposes to support you until you get verified.

Overall this BSO is good enough. After creating Paypal acc, you can simply sell those accounts for the higher price. Or you can do some more transactions, let it be an old few months. Then the cost of this acc will be much higher. Other things, you can do that grab some exclusive deal via PayPal. I know that some company running an offer with Paypal exclusive. So keep some excessive PayPal accounts will definitely help you in the long term.

One thing I will not like in this BSO is price. In my opinion, the price is reasonably high. A seller should provide at least one Virtual Bank account with SSN.
