probably your hardware changed as the software is tied to a single system and if your hardware ID changes you won't be able to authenticate. however we can easily reset your license, just send a message to our support along with your username and your license will be reset within 24hrs usually :)

sorry for the late answer, just saw your post now i wasn't on the forum much lately :)
to answer your question, yes proxy raider provides GEO locations of the scanned proxies. just try the demo version so you can see for yourself.

oh also the software is working fine, the customer just has problems authenticating, but thats a licensing issue not a software error or bug..
