FWIW, I dont buy digital products when the seller wants my physical address details and I am paying via PP.

we don't require you're physical address! payment is handled by bluesnap.com they also forward it to paypal so the payment process is completely handled by them. you can enter any address if you don't want to use your personal one i don't care, but some users need proper invoices for taxes and there you need to have your real address on the invoice otherwise its useless :)

i'm new to all this, was wondering if this will be all i need for proxies for argo? also, i have only 1mbps internet speed...is this enough to get good results? if not, should i use it on a vps?

yes its enough for argo. in fact i use it myself :)
you don't even have to use proxies at all unless you want to scrape google, since google ban's much faster than other search engines, or if you want to scrape a lot of content. then proxy raider will give you enough proxies to get the job done. your internet connection would also be enough, although on a vps you obviously get faster results. however on your connection it should also only take a few minutes untill you have at least a few hundred working verified proxies.
