Support sucks, they moved me to a USA datacenter because they had some issue with their European datacenters (I specifically wanted European so US no use to me in this case) and their servers are as slow as molasses going uphill.

For more than 6 months we have no problems with our server. We admit that there were a number of incidents several times before the server was down because the server encountered a problem installing hardware in our datacenter, we are responsive to resolve the server problem.

If anyone says the server is always down it's not true. We always work to make the server better. Due to the high order and improper account allocation at that time (when several times down). We have improve the system allocation now, so that all servers are not overloaded.

I tells it the way it is...and this was a good enough provider.
The only thing which had me leave it was a truly great offer from my best pre-existing provider of many years, it was just too good to pass up !!

I see this as follows:
.COM domain = $10 worth, leaving $60 for the year of hosting, or $5/month - a good deal IMO and when I was using this service it was both fast and dependable.

Frankly (also IMO) this is head and shoulders above the couple of others I tried that pitch their services here - and:
There are a couple of others that also do, but based on their limitations - I wouldn't even bother with them.

I only use and recommend reseller hosting for anyone who has more than a single domain, and it takes care and attention to find a good provider for that.

cPanel is so Pathetic that It keeps asking for Login for every single action you do. Just click and there you go Login again and that too many time to enter the detils to login once.

Got it for free but it does not worth it for free. It is simple as that. You can't do anything. I do not know if that is the special case with those who got coupons here.
