If you have any trouble even it requires urgent and prompt support service.... take a deep breath and relax because it will take ages (meaning several hours) before they reply to your desperate support tickets and start trying to find out where might be the problem.... and pray real hard it can be easily fixed or you'll have the same problem the day after....
Yes, you guessed right... as soon as I got access to my cpanel again, I migrated everything to another host.

Always downtime. This is what one can expect when buying a very cheap hosting like this. I am sure this hosting is handled by a single person.

It may be cheap but in this case you get what you pay for.

Support sucks, they moved me to a USA datacenter because they had some issue with their European datacenters (I specifically wanted European so US no use to me in this case) and their servers are as slow as molasses going uphill.

If you want a cheap server that will basically grind to a halt when you setup your Wordpress site on it -carry on.

There are way better alternatives around at very similar prices.
