I would suspect Google to flag that money domain name at some point. (sooner rather than later)

Hi, I always prefer to use fresh domain for each account. But I would rather say domain never got block listed we can use the same domain to promote over again and again. But it's always safe and better to use the fresh domain.

You can use similar domain name but not exact the same domain over again and again.

Google never flagged the website but certainly it's safe to use fresh domain for each account.
