Some of my friends were complaining that lot of Joint Ventures not yielding any results, but were mere talks...

People talk things which look great but then later things don't materialize? I know this could apply to even this thread but I really need a partner who could help me in doing something very exciting.

I can help you generate regular source of income, though earlier would be part time money, but then it depends upon how you perform.

Especially if this is the definition:
"Someone who multitasks, who performs multiple tasks at the same time."

No one can perform multiple tasks at the same time, impossible...
