Same for me, i have a mac and i write the serial by hand and copy paste but i receive the "license key for this application is incorrect" message too.

Please help

My license key won't work either. In fact in the members area I have a regular license and a pro license. Tried both.

Why do we have to do Teamviewer with you? Is there a way you could just tell us how to do it?
