Sorry mate didn't get time to work on this thread.

Today hopefully will correct the links and upload cleaned up plugins.

It is good to remove callbacks as otherwise your site's are being tracked by ThriveThemes; and since you don't have a legal license so that gives them rights to use their legal team.
