My comment here is not necessarily directing to this op, but just wanted to share my experiences of purchasing these Adsense websites here in BBHF.
Most of the people here are asking the samples for the website. Unfortunately, this is not really not that important. You'll find most of the sample sites will be OK and acceptable. But this is not why you are buying these sites ! You want to make money from these sites as stated by the seller, in this case "Earn $3,000 per month". I can tell you now, it will never happen unless you do XXXXXXXXXXXX, which is not specified in their sales letter
I've bought quite a few of these website builders here and non of them delivered the amount of traffic and the earnings that they say on their sale letters, "NEVER".
They always have their reasons and excuses and blaming you that you are not doing your work and that's why you're not earning the money. the best thing that you can expect from these website is probably making a few cents here and there and may be couple of bucks if you're lucky without your own input and work.
The most important questions that you need to ask is "What you need to do to make $3,000 per month" with these websites. Also what else do you need to buy and how long it will take to make $3,000 per month.
If it's too good to be truth, generally, it is.

You sell 1 website for 99$. Let's say you wanna earn 3000$ per month. What you gonna do? Create 1 website then write 20 articles ( BTW some articles are copied ), do the SEO etc. each and every day for entire month or you work just 1 day to create website and the next month you will receive your check, ... and the next month ... and the next.

A question to OP: If this is so simple why you don't create 30 blogs and earn the money for yourself ( 30 x 3000$= 90 000$ ) ???

And a question to customers: If this too good to be true?

IMHO it is better to buy some good keywords ( you can find the offers here ) or find them, create a blog, write articles, upload all plugins, do the seo and earn money. Atleast you will save money and learn website development.

Don't act like a FOOL, Do you make your own foods or buying from shop ? and how can ear $3000 with one site ? if you are not experienced with niche site then dont shit on my thread and get lost, cz we have plenty of customer who earning on Amzon and Adsnse.
