The setup is done in a way to ensure that with fresh IP's and all, but it can greatly depend on your email content and a few other factors from your side. There is no limit in the system. In theory, you can send as many as you want but it depends on how many IP's you have.You have to find the best number based on the number of IP's and quality of your list.
If not used well you can get your IP's blacklisted, so the best thing is to find the sweetspot with your setup by slowly increasing the hourly number which can done by going into the options.
