First of all We are not sending any messages to YouTube Subscribers. Its beyond YouTube Policy and Rules. TLG sends messages to the YouTube Channel Owners which is likely handled by Software itself on the basis of Keyword and Page Range you enter. Now if you have more questions about TLG.

Can i send messages to only those peoples who commented on a specific video.
For example if a video have 300 comments and i want to send message to only those 300 people. Will your software do it or not.

I got your thing, As of now there is no such function added in the software as we had decided not to include this feature since in most of the video for ranking purpose people send fake comments and that's not profitable at all.
But as we are getting request and We already have this in mind so will try to add in next updates.
