UPDATE - we've added some cool stuff for Instagram lately:
-ability to delete all your posts - if you want to re-target the account
-ability to share other people's posts on your own account
-ability to send direct messages to your followers

well it's still mass planner, but centered more on the people that only want instagram, meaning that it has the unlimited accounts module activated and all other current and future modules related to instagram so anyone only interested in instagram doesn't need to get anything else extra, it's all in there.

Massplanner website says $9.95 per month for all in one. Why is this $16.95 oer month for just instagram?

it's exactly what I said above, the regular mass planner license comes with 2 accouts for each platform and the general features. This instagram edition has unlimited accounts for instagram ( and for the other platforms as well) and all the extra modules for instagram like posting, creating accounts and a couple more automatically enabled ( with the 9.95 subscription you need to get that separately)

Did the feature to create Instagram accounts stop working because I have attempted to create accounts and it throws error "the remote host was forcibly closed" and "signup error" I have posted a trouble ticket.

If you created a ticket the support guys will take a look and will fix it asap.

It says up to 12 social account, 2 from each platform.

How come it is unlimited instagram account in this WSO ?

Please elaborate more.
