As of today, I received nothing on my Instagram from them - despite several requests/complaints.

I paid via PayPal to his email and may be SOL.

I did this to fund from manual not auto.
So, I refunded the money to his PayPal account.
I have run many BSO threads.
This is just a small issue.
And he is just too new.

I hope in the future, the buyer doesn't rush the order without negotiating before jumping to the final conclusion.
