Just checked the PM now. You might not have resolution on your support ticket as there is holiday here. However, please PM me the ticket number and I will ask the support staff to look into this issue ASAP.

how is this scammer still selling this garbage? i used to software it didnt work at all... i left an honest review and asked for a refund.. the guy tried blackmailing me by offering a part refund only if i removed my negative feedback posts.. i had to get lala the forum moderator involved to threaten to ban him from the forum unless he gave me a refund... garbage software it dosent work please everyone save your money and lets get this scammer off the forum
