YouTube has some unknown limit on sending message! As suggested in OP, please make sure to use more # of channels/accounts (5-7) to let TSP sends messages from different channels for better results from TSP and YouTube. Also, you can always re-use these channels after running 2-3 campaigns.

Is it better to have 2 or 3 accounts with 4 or 6 channels or is it better to have 6 accounts with 1 channel each? Clairification is appreaciated!

The more number of YouTube channels you use, you are actually increasing the message sending limit per campaign as YouTube never disclosed their limits on sending messages. If you are spinning your messages well, you are good to use unlimited (0) as messages / channel limit however if you want to use very less spun message, please use 20-30 messages per channel and also use continue on reaching message/channel limit option.
IMO, It doesn't matter if you use 100 channels/account of 100 * 1 channel/account.

Hello,
I am testing this with free trial and I am having problem.
Everything is done as included in tutorial
New gmail account - done
yt channels -done
verified - done
message - done
But when I run the TMP, after parsing 2 page it shows error
says no target channels found for this keyword and form page combination,please try again.
