Signed up for a trial account but can't ge to download the software. where do I download from?

You should create a support ticket asking for TSP trial version. However, I can see that TSP Support has already provided TSP download details to you!! Please confirm.

I'm interested in grabbing the trial. If I'm a fan, I'll definitely pick up a license. I did buy a pinterest bot on this forum recently.

I am curious though, what "limitations" are imposed on the trial apart from 3 days use and a single computer? Will I be able to give the software a proper run through its paces and make an educated decision?

My Experience Sofar:

The Support is Very Good.

Eventhough I tried many niches with different keywords and Spintax formats, my conversion rate is just 1 out of 6327 emails sent.

I later found the reason myself apart from the Bot being working efficiently the loaded accounts drop off sooner.

Sadly all the Accounts (Youtube Accounts) are getting marked as Spam too soon. Even though the "Message Sent" notification appears within the bot, when you do an Inbox test (after the bot has run for sometime) that Message does not appear in the Inbox.

I hope the New Update, where we can control the number of messages sent by each account arrives soon. As I suppose that would reduce this effect.

Thanks for sharing you experience. We are working on this feature to control number of messages sent by individual channel and will be released soon with new version on TSP.

I would suggest you to use good spintax formatted message; by doing so, your messages won't be repeated much and hence YouTube/Google won't consider it as spam! Try it and create a ticket to follow up this suggestion.

• Option to prevent sending a repeat message to previous usernames. Example: When message is sent, usernames are automatically placed in Ignored Channels block. This would allow saving this list to a text file, so that the information can be re-entered in subsequent mailings.
• Option to limit the amount of captured usernames for sending. Example: Only capture ### usernames.
• Option to only capture usernames newer than # hour/day/week/month when the comments are sorted by "newest first".

Thanks for your suggestion/features request. Please find my response below.

1. This feature is already there. TSP lists all the channel/user name to whom messages are being sent. And hence the Ignore channels drop down works for current and subsequent campaign as well. Just select Yes option to ignore sending messages to all channels/users to whom TSP has sent messages before.
