Does it show that you have subscribers in your dashboard? If not then you need to get subscribers first by getting them to connect to the Facebook Connect button/url.

Yeah, you need to get some subscribers first with the Facebook conect button/url. Then you'll have users that you can notify. Watch the How to use video.

If you guys are getting this error after registering try just going back to the login/register page and login with the Facebook account you registered with. It worked for me.

Okay, I was able to log into the dashboard with no issues.

I'm going to set up the FB app and see what happens here.
