I have used this method for 4 years and stopped last year because i started working on new projects and just thought to share this. This method is not new, although i put a twist of my own and it has been a smashing success for the 4 years that i was promoting it and it does not really take too much work to get started.

You will need a domain, hosting and access to cpa accounts.

Overview

This method involve's creating a real estate website and to be more specific, it will be an apartment search website and you will generate revenue from a cpa offers and adsense (i will explain this later on). It may take a few days (maybe more) to build the website, although once its complete, you will just need one or two hours per day promoting it and watch then money start flowing in.

Ok lets get started.

✅ Step 1.
First of all, you will need to pick a city in which you will target. The larger the city, the better, for example NY, LA, Chicago etc. Once you decide on a city, register a domain ex. LA Apartment Search. Once you have a domain its time to start building.

✅ Step 2.
Now we are going to build our website. I prefer to use wordpress, although you could choose whatever you like. Now go visit classified websites and search for apartment listings for the city that you are targeting. Copy the picture and all the details including the contact name of the landlord/agent or homeowner. Try to gather at least 30 - 40 apartment listings and paste them onto notepad for now.

✅ Step 3.
Once we have all the apartment listings, its time to put the website together. Remember to take the time to make this website user-friendly and look professional. Now when adding your listings, make sure the image is linked to a new page so when users click on the image a new page will open up with all the details and contact info. I used 300 w x 200 h thumbnails. You could also create a text link or image with " More Details ".

✅ Step 4.
On the " More details " page, you will add the picture again with all the details and also add a contact form. Enter the contact email address of the owner/agent/landlord so that they will receive all the inquiries. Now on this page you will add some text which will suggest users to obtain a copy of their credit score.

Ex. Most landlords request a credit report. If you do not have one, click here < your cpa offer>.

✅ Step 5.
Now add your Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages with a link at the bottom of the page. Once again, take your time to build this website and you will reap the rewards. Also include a link for landlords/agents/owners to contact you so they could request to remove their apartment listing. Most are very friendly and will thank you.

Also, put up your adsense ads as this will also help accumulate your earnings. I have never had any trouble at alll getting paid from adsense for the past 4 years.

✅ Step 6.
Promotion. Now you are going to promote your website like mad. Start posting in classified websites all your listings. The more, the better. If you cannot post links in your ad, just simply reply to them by email with a link to your website.

Now sit back and watch all the barrels of cash roll in. : )

I am going to say this once again. Make sure your website is Legit. Do not use any fake listings, you will only get yourself in trouble.

Keep it real and i assure you will not have any troubles. I have promoted 8-10 CR offers and in the 4 years i did not receive 1 complain.

Immediate Income Idea ? What I would do if I only had $100 to my name and had to start from scratch keeping all of my current knowledge:
1. Sign up for ChatGPT 4 = $20 (they have a FREE version but the paid version is better for more sophisticated copy)
2. Sign up for Canva Pro = $15 (they have a FREE version but the paid version is better)
3. Create a Store ($29) set up automated delivery and hosting.
4. Create credit repair prompts (about 20-30 prompts) to remove late payments, collections, medical bills, charge offs, student loans, child support, repos, inquiries, etc
5. Have AI write letters for each prompt.
6. Give the letters AWAY for free to 5-10 people. (2-3 letters per person with instructions on how to properly execute the letters) In exchange for the free letters you ask them for their results when the DELETIONS pour in.
7. Create an ebook in Canva while you wait for the results from your free clients. (Takes 45 minutes to an hour to create an ebook) Include an introduction about credit reports, how to read them, how they’re calculated, etc. include the dispute letters with step by step instructions on how to use them. (Video instructions will increase your conversions) Offer an extra incentive in your book for those who send you their results. ($20 gift card) the incentive opens up the gateway to one of your marketing strategies, for future customers to see current/past customers results to then sign up themselves.
8. Results come in ? Use your free clients results as social proof that your prompts actually WORK. POST THOSE RECEIPTS ???????
9. Launch your ebook on the SAME DAY that you get those results back from those clients.
10. Priced at $47, if you sell TWO books, you’ve made $30 profit IMMEDIATELY ?? and everything else is 99% profit moving forward. $47 is a STEAL when you’re teaching people how to remove a $20,000 repossession from their credit. Guys, I'm someone relatively old on this forum.

Back in 2010 I was able to do some affiliate marketing with clickbank, and being a college student I could live very well in my country.

As life would have it, I got sidetracked by trying other offline businesses and to this day I have a small coffee roastery.

Today I would like to resume my interest in affiliate marketing.

What's happening today? What do you more experienced people recommend?

What course or serious community is out there? I watched Youtube and it is full of scammers and people with big claims. But over the years one knows how to differentiate who are real and who are not, and that's why I decided to come and ask my friends from BBHF.

I'm finally quitting chasing shiny objects to commit to one product/method so I'm afraid I don't have real ideas as far as monetization.

Im so sorry guys this isn't a exact blueprint but for people looking to make legitimate income i'm not sure if its unique, but people with coding skills (and im hoping you can also involve me as a may be consultant in probem solving :) )

Anyway with the rise of Chatgpt, i think a new monetisation method would and could be a AI Chatbot but for companies instead. What i mean by this is HR (Human Resources)

All you would need to do is work with small companies and gather there notes on what a company is to do in circumstances of an evolving business what their terms and conditions are of employment what the company would do if boundaries are crossed etc

2nd for people who can use technology and chatgpt if you were to include legal aspects of the law and what say employment law says in a given situation in that country and then ask chat gpt based on the information on what the law says and what the employee situation is based on the resources of Chatgpt then you can provide an employee and a company with a solution. However this is just textual and it would be for company to make overall decision as to resolution of case

Im pretty sure our family of innovators in business could create a software like this and then could sell as SAAS and we as people can jump on the bandwagon as these types of softwares are very useful for companies and could save them time and money and im sure there would be many meaningful ways of moneitising this

Sometime during the DOS era I got started with offering customized IBM PC clones for good prices as my main biz and they sold well until my main venue was no longer open and I had to move on.
The timing was good though and I was able to move hundreds of miles away and start it all up again pretty easily - the demand was high.

Back around 1993 or so, as an OS/2 user I was offered to become a user of IBM.net direct internet services via dialup.
It was interesting - but since the only other 'online' users back then were members of AO-ILL or Compukeserve it was too early to spend much time on it - until my clients heard about email, then things started to roll faster.

In all the years between then and now I kept my tiny biz tiny on purpose because I found that availability and personal hands-on support made for loyal clients.

I didn't look into MMO just because I was busy enough not to need to, BUT:
Knowing that one day I'd need to cope with aging, I began check it out.

Lucky for me (sort of) a kind soul saw me floundering about at W+ and redirected my attention to BBHF.

An exciting time for me to say the least !!

All this STUFF - and having been into w*r*z since the DOS days - well, BBHF was exactly what I needed.

Of course I also fell into shiny object syndrome for a while like most folks tend to do.

Too much stuff though = too LITTLE results because it -IS- a rather harsh learning curve and by then I'd already gathered up WAY too much overly exciting stuff to EVER get good uses from it all.

Now it is 5 1/2 years since I got into BBHF;
It is also GBs of (mostly useless) guru turds and courses piled up and time for mass deletions.

After all this time I finally realized some things...:
- At my age and place in life (mostly retired) it is NOT a time to start any sort of demanding, new full time career;
- The internet is a hot MESS - made even worse by all the SAAS krap now;
- Most of those peddling IM stuff are spouting utter BS;
- Most of the truly profitable opportunities involve openly lying to folks to get their $$$;
- Most of the courses gotten from pewdemy are of such low quality as to be useless, really;
- Other genuine avenues to MMO either involve loads of work in gaining any audience and traffic, or=>
Trusting monolithic corporations (like Azon, etc...) to generously ALLOW you to make ANY profits until they decide that they will instead eat ALL of your lunch.

Previously I posted here about seeking some smallish means towards getting some smallish returns and not wanting to fight my way through fiverr or other such places.

Pretty clearly this was of zero interest to other members.

But this all came to mind since I cleaned out the original post here - so I'm sharing this instead.

Okay, now that I have your attention, I realize that some of us DO make a living here, and when we are done here, I think all will be able to see what an achievement you have accomplished. However, in the past year we’ve had 1.4 million new sellers join Etsy, many of whom think all they have to do is open a shop and the money will roll in. The purpose of this thread is to show these new sellers what the odds really are, how few sellers do it, and how much work it takes.

I first put this thread up several years ago before the IPO, when Etsy was posting blogs that implied anyone could make a living here (in theory, yes. In practice, no). It quickly became one of the most popular threads on the forum. I think there is a need for it again.

90% OF ETSY SELLERS MAKE LESS THAN $400 PER MONTH. GOT YOUR ATTENTION? READ ON.

I’m going to start out sharing some math. Bear with me, non-math people. To you statisticians, I realize I’m over-simplifying it. I want to keep it simple enough for the non-math people to get the basics. So give me a break if I don’t share all the intricacies, exceptions, skewing factors, etc. I don’t want to overwhelm people with the math.

The average seller only makes $222 per month on Etsy…and that is Gross, not Net!! How do you find that figure? On Etsy’s quarterly reports, divide the figure for GMS (Gross Merchandise Sales) by the number of sellers, and divide that number by three to change it from quarterly sales to monthly.

This figure includes the uptick in covid sales this past year, and is now declining. Before covid struck, the monthly average was only $150!! Can you live on that? I can’t.

“But that is just the average,” you say. “What if I can beat the average?” Well, let’s take a look at a normal bell curve where the vertical scale is the number of sellers and the horizontal scale is how much they sell (you non-math people do a google search for “bell curve” and you can see what it looks like). The “average” is the highest point on the curve and the point mid-way between the lowest and highest sellers, or the 50% point. Half of sellers are below that point, and half above. So on the bottom scale half sell less than $222 per month, and half sell more.

Now let’s divide that 50% point into five 10% increments, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%. To put a dollar amount to those points, we also need to divide the $222 into 5 increments, or $44.40 each. So 10% =$44.40 , 20% = $ 88.80 , and so on, until 50% equals $222.

Now we can add the same amount for each 10% above 50%. 60% would equal $266.40 and so on until 90% equals $399.60.

Now look at the shape of the bell curve and the left-hand scale showing number of sellers. The majority of sellers fall in the 40%-60% level on the dollar scale, or $177 to $267 in sales per month. The number of sellers radically drops off as you go to either end. By the time you get to the top 90% level, there are very few sellers making that much. That means nearly all the sellers on Etsy are making less than $400. If you are making more than that, you are a top seller on Etsy!!

Does that sound like top income to you? No, it doesn’t. But nearly all sellers on Etsy can count on less than that. Only those few who really put the time and work in will achieve those higher figures.

For you new sellers, this shows why your sales may be lower than you expected. You still have a long way to go developing new products, working on SEO, gaining a following, figuring out advertising, finding suppliers, controlling costs, and so on before you reach those few that are above the 90% level and can begin to approach a full-time income.

To the many new sellers who post on the Forum after a few days or weeks, wondering why they aren’t getting sales…it takes months or even years to build your shop up to a good income.

Make sure you are selling legal items. Just because someone else is selling it doesn’t make it legal. That just means they haven’t been caught yet and their shop closed down.
STUDY the Seller Handbook. It tells you a lot about SEO, advertising, good photos, fees, etc.
Critiques of your shop won’t be given in this thread. There is a section on the Forum for that. However, we’d be glad to discuss questions in general related to the topic of this thread.
I can’t believe the number of people who open shops trying to sell items infringing on trademarks, such as Disney, Gucci, Marvel, Hello Kitty, etc. etc. Or they try to sell fan art (legal to make for yourself, illegal to sell). Or they stock up on cheap items from Wal-Mart, Dollar General, or AliExpress and sell them at inflated prices, often as gift boxes. ALL THESE THINGS ARE ILLEGAL ON ETSY! Open your shop with these and not only are you likely to fail, but sooner or later you will get shut down, and probably kicked off the site permanently. For trademark infringement you can get fined, in some cases jailed, and sued for damages. READ the Seller Handbook and Help Articles before you open your shop and you can avoid a world of hurt.

$$$ HOW TO DESIGN E-COVERS FOR PROFIT $$$

I make a whole heap of money designing E-Covers.
That is some of the easiest money I make.
I can bang one of those out in half an hour, at $50 a pop.

Some days I design half a dozen, plus whatever else I have going on.
E-Covers are not hard to create these days.
There are literally free templates all over the web.
There is simply no barrier to entry into the design world.
The only thing you need to do is practice a little bit. That's all I did.

So how do YOU get in the game?

The same way I did amost 20 years ago.
If I lost all my customers today here's what I'd do, ...again.

If you have no skills with PhotoShop don't worry I didn't either.
I'm about as creative as a door knob, and about as artsy as a Mack truck.
I learned how to 'GET' creative as opposed to BEING creative.

More about that in a minute...

I had a neighbor who was always flipping cars, I mean this dude would flip at least a couple vehicles a month.
He only wanted toyota cars because he knew them pretty well.
He wasn't a mechanic or anything, he'd buy them clean them up and flip them over and over.

I got to talking to him one day and convinced him to write a guide for people who wanted to flip cars.
So he did, I designed an ecover for him (it was so bad) but he loved it.
He converted his manual into a .pdf and sold a lot of copies.

I did the work for free because I had no customers, and I kept approaching people who had a story to tell but no digital skills.

I saw a guy working at the gym in the mall, I found out he owned the franchise.
I told him he should write a guide for people who were out of shape and how if they came to his gym he could help them.

I had to talk to him a few times but once he saw that I would help him he really warmed up to it.

Magic words here, "Write a guide"
People get scared when you say write a book.
Most people couldn't write a book, but a guide?
Yes! Sell it for $10.

I'd help people convert their story into .pdf format then design an E-Cover for them.
There's how you practice, that's how you build a customer base.
You don't wait for them to come to you, you go to them.
Almost everyone has a skill that can be capitalized upon.

Friends and family are a soft base to start from.
When you run out of friends and family you show strangers the work you did for your friends and family.

This is a viable long term career for anyone who wants to learn the craft.

You can start by charging $15-$20 once you get a little practice and increase it up to whatever you want.

You have as much of a chance of becoming successful training yourself on Photoshop than you do becoming successful doing anything else online. More so in my opinion.

So how do you get creative when you think you don't have that in yourself?

Look at every book cover you can get your hands and eyes on.
Just look at the design, copy what others do.
I ripped off so many ideas from other people it was shameless. But completely legal.

I dont know about you.

I dont really know or understand where humans work or make money.
It is never enough.
no one in my family has money. no one knows how to make money.
in my world, not even credit cards exist, it means there was never no money.
I did have financial aid, but it would always go to the school. I was never a loan "g".

I am out of time for many things in life.
How do we go from 0 to a lot fast??
small claims court? I am not an attorney, so it is legal, there are in my world, 2 small claims court claims a year.
lawsuits/litigation? I dont really know anything about that.
How about getting paid for just existing?

Ladies and gentlemen, here is my story...

A $13 DIGITAL BUSINESS THAT MADE $1300 ALREADY! ... WITH A VERY LITTLE WORK!

Good day

Here I'm back with another adventure...

I posted my tiny digital business in the VIP section, in a thread related to PLR products.

I'm not gonna rewrite everything here, but Down, I'll post a full copy of my post and the first question and my answer to it.

The business model:
Not creating anything... Just selling PLR video courses of good quality.

The budget:
I planned $100, but in fact I started and launched with less than $20!
The host, I have a reseller account for years, so I estimate it cost me like 3 bucks a month.
The domain, I had a $9 dollar good domain in reserve since a while, so I decided to use it.
So, total was 13 dollar.

Why I started this business:
I already posted in this forum about my goals to automate all my incomes, so basically, selling digital products, is, for me the best business on earth, there is nothing to do after the launch, except support.... and you guessed it, support is extra minimum... so hello the 4h week dream.

When did I start?
In early MAY 2019, can't remember the exact day, but surely the first week, as I have tendencies to think about what can be more done each month.

I even got a couple of friends to invest 1500$ total with me, because when they saw the website, they were, waow that's a good project, please let me in.... really a good feeling having people to ask you in after years of people saying i'm delusional and not doing a shiiiit lol... well, the past 10 years, I made my money alone and they know that, so I guess, they live in a chicken or cow factory, because, how I see it, they didn't do a shiiit the past years except making their boss richer and getting in more debt stress, while I've been traveling and working alone.. go figure... in a factory world, chicken think they are in control of their lives! and eagles are losers!!!! say what!!!!!

Money time!
For info, I made around $300 first month, $500 second one and I didn't really focus on it... like 70% of sales came from affiliates, yep, friends and friends.

For me it was just a micro business to test... and I never used any paid traffic yet.... will start testing this week... I need to speed that baby fast and be serious about it.

So you understand now, that you'll literally have around 2000+ videos if you got all the courses, and that's 50+... branding is huge... since this project, the few people who saw my link acted better and bough my other stuff fast... I'm not begging to sell my other stuff... in fact, this is better and easier than my other micro-business detailed before (post in my signature) or here:

The real execution plan I'm doing right now:
You'll need like 5 to 7 days, 5h a day of work to start your full automatic digital business:

1) Get yourself a domain and a host with SSL and whois privacy included fort he first year.

2) Use a digital shop theme made for easy digital download (and addons), plus an affiliate plugin... all nulled.

3) Use amazon s3 to allow the download only from your website link (s3 is really cheap to start with, they used to have 1 year free, not sure if the offer still exists, but 3 free months sure).

4) Add a logo to the videos (do that in batch with free software like FORMATFACTORY).

5) Use edd addon called amazon s3 (those who choose to use dropbox pro, there is an addon for that too).

6) Use Yoast premium plugin and youtube strategies to get traffic fast (plenty of tutorials here) + paid traffic too, plenty of courses about paid traffic here, or just use any dropship FB ads fast traffic you find in the dropship course/ YT videos of those doing 10k a day.

7) When you make money, go buy all the rights to all the courses, the theme, and the plugins, because KARMA is a biach!

8) Fix a goal to sell 3 to 5 a day the first couple of months and here we go, you got your semi-passive income of 1000/ 1500 bucks/ month.

9) Go live in South America, Africa or Asia, and you will live like a king, because, for those who do not realize that 1500 is really rich, in many countries the basic salary starts at 50$, the good ones make 200 to 500 bucks/ month only, I mean in maybe 100 countries, not just saying, but I left the west and lived in 5 exotic countries the past 10 years and the quality of life is better, piece of mind, nice weather, and people etc... and I'm African and my passport is shiiiit, so no excuses here and yes, you are really rich and you can even save for your future.

10) An extra advise: not to get in politics, but find yourself a real educated woman or man with a real body and a humble personality, plenty of exotic cultures and colors to pick from, for short, run away from the metro biach (or stay with it and suffer or enjoy the decadence or happiness), yep, I'm not pc, remember, Tupac here lol

11) another folkloric extra advice: learn the tango, or salsa or Zulu dance, or whatever local dance and thank god every day because you made it better than 6.5 billion humans.

12) if those doing, for example, drop shipping are making 1000 even 10.000/ day, by making 10$ or 15$ profit on each sale, I do not see why we can't do the same with less hassle (no shipping, no delays) and in an automatic way (pay, download, use, everybody is happy)

The budget... Hint: I started with less than $20:
50 to max 100$ to start seeing results fast (domain, host, paid traffic)... I personally spent less than 20$ to start all, a domain and a host, that's it, but I did some youtube SEO and a lot of FB free posting, and of course most of my friends know about the business, so affiliates came fast... not big ones, but yeah, my friends are happy to recommend my courses on their social media etc.

Conclusion:
Take action now and stop downloading this and that, you really have everything to start making your paradise dream closer this week.

I didn't get any chargeback or troubles with PayPal yet, but I did very few refunds.
Not even using my PayPal, but a friend's in the country I'm traveling in, so, location and nationality don't apply here.

The site has a live chat (basically an email contact form, I check my email every 15 minutes or so).
On every page, there is a clear "send us message" button on top.
I mention a 30 days money-back guarantee
There is F.A.Q on each product page.
In the first email the buyer or not receive, I talk a lot about support (I use EDD connected to mailerlite)

So basically, I insist on the support, so nobody charged me back yet.... we'll see how it goes.

In any way, thinking of PayPal troubles while you didn't even make a dollar is a mind block... when you start making money, you'll find the solution to anything... If the business grows more and more, I'll register an LLC in the states to get stripe and more secure systems.

Let not forget, there are always plenty of processors to sell your digital stuff more securely, like gumroad, etc and most of them can be integrated with WordPress.
