Overview


This method involve's creating a real estate website and to be more specific, it will be an apartment search website and you will generate revenue from a cpa offers and adsense (i will explain this later on). It may take a few days (maybe more) to build the website, although once its complete, you will just need one or two hours per day promoting it and watch then money start flowing in.


Ok lets get started.


✅ Step 1.
First of all, you will need to pick a city in which you will target. The larger the city, the better, for example NY, LA, Chicago etc. Once you decide on a city, register a domain ex. LA Apartment Search. Once you have a domain its time to start building.


✅ Step 2.
Now we are going to build our website. I prefer to use wordpress, although you could choose whatever you like. Now go visit classified websites and search for apartment listings for the city that you are targeting. Copy the picture and all the details including the contact name of the landlord/agent or homeowner. Try to gather at least 30 - 40 apartment listings and paste them onto notepad for now.


✅ Step 3.
Once we have all the apartment listings, its time to put the website together. Remember to take the time to make this website user-friendly and look professional. Now when adding your listings, make sure the image is linked to a new page so when users click on the image a new page will open up with all the details and contact info. I used 300 w x 200 h thumbnails. You could also create a text link or image with " More Details ".


✅ Step 4.
On the " More details " page, you will add the picture again with all the details and also add a contact form. Enter the contact email address of the owner/agent/landlord so that they will receive all the inquiries. Now on this page you will add some text which will suggest users to obtain a copy of their credit score.

Ex. Most landlords request a credit report. If you do not have one, click here < your cpa offer>.


✅ Step 5.
Now add your Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages with a link at the bottom of the page. Once again, take your time to build this website and you will reap the rewards. Also include a link for landlords/agents/owners to contact you so they could request to remove their apartment listing. Most are very friendly and will thank you.

Also, put up your adsense ads as this will also help accumulate your earnings. I have never had any trouble at alll getting paid from adsense for the past 4 years.


✅ Step 6.
Promotion. Now you are going to promote your website like mad. Start posting in classified websites all your listings. The more, the better. If you cannot post links in your ad, just simply reply to them by email with a link to your website.

Anyway with the rise of Chatgpt, i think a new monetisation method would and could be a AI Chatbot but for companies instead. What i mean by this is HR (Human Resources)

All you would need to do is work with small companies and gather there notes on what a company is to do in circumstances of an evolving business what their terms and conditions are of employment what the company would do if boundaries are crossed etc

2nd for people who can use technology and chatgpt if you were to include legal aspects of the law and what say employment law says in a given situation in that country and then ask chat gpt based on the information on what the law says and what the employee situation is based on the resources of Chatgpt then you can provide an employee and a company with a solution. However this is just textual and it would be for company to make overall decision as to resolution of case


Im pretty sure our family of innovators in business could create a software like this and then could sell as SAAS and we as people can jump on the bandwagon as these types of softwares are very useful for companies and could save them time and money and im sure there would be many meaningful ways of moneitising this

Anyway here is an insight of an idea i was contemplating however i do not have the finances or the technical abilities as of yet to do such things if however anyone would like ideas im your guy! and if you need solutions to problems im pretty good at thinking! and i dont want to be owned by a sadistic evil master i want to be financially liberated and retire modestly. All you would need to do is work with small companies and gather there notes on what a company is to do in circumstances of an evolving business what their terms and conditions are of employment what the company would do if boundaries are crossed etc

2nd for people who can use technology and chatgpt if you were to include legal aspects of the law and what say employment law says in a given situation in that country and then ask chat gpt based on the information on what the law says and what the employee situation is based on the resources of Chatgpt then you can provide an employee and a company with a solution. However this is just textual and it would be for company to make overall decision as to resolution of case


Im pretty sure our family of innovators in business could create a software like this and then could sell as SAAS and we as people can jump on the bandwagon as these types of softwares are very useful for companies and could save them time and money and im sure there would be many meaningful ways of moneitising this

Back around 1993 or so, as an OS/2 user I was offered to become a user of IBM.net direct internet services via dialup.
It was interesting - but since the only other 'online' users back then were members of AO-ILL or Compukeserve it was too early to spend much time on it - until my clients heard about email, then things started to roll faster.

In all the years between then and now I kept my tiny biz tiny on purpose because I found that availability and personal hands-on support made for loyal clients.

I didn't look into MMO just because I was busy enough not to need to, BUT:
Knowing that one day I'd need to cope with aging, I began check it out.

Lucky for me (sort of) a kind soul saw me floundering about at W+ and redirected my attention to BBHF.

An exciting time for me to say the least !!

All this STUFF - and having been into w*r*z since the DOS days - well, BBHF was exactly what I needed.

Of course I also fell into shiny object syndrome for a while like most folks tend to do.

Too much stuff though = too LITTLE results because it -IS- a rather harsh learning curve and by then I'd already gathered up WAY too much overly exciting stuff to EVER get good uses from it all.

Now it is 5 1/2 years since I got into BBHF;
It is also GBs of (mostly useless) guru turds and courses piled up and time for mass deletions.

After all this time I finally realized some things...:
- At my age and place in life (mostly retired) it is NOT a time to start any sort of demanding, new full time career;
- The internet is a hot MESS - made even worse by all the SAAS krap now;
- Most of those peddling IM stuff are spouting utter BS;
- Most of the truly profitable opportunities involve openly lying to folks to get their $$$;
- Most of the courses gotten from pewdemy are of such low quality as to be useless, really;
- Other genuine avenues to MMO either involve loads of work in gaining any audience and traffic, or=>
Trusting monolithic corporations (like Azon, etc...) to generously ALLOW you to make ANY profits until they decide that they will instead eat ALL of your lunch.

Previously I posted here about seeking some smallish means towards getting some smallish returns and not wanting to fight my way through fiverr or other such places.

Pretty clearly this was of zero interest to other members.

But this all came to mind since I cleaned out the original post here - so I'm sharing this instead.

Okay, now that I have your attention, I realize that some of us DO make a living here, and when we are done here, I think all will be able to see what an achievement you have accomplished. However, in the past year we’ve had 1.4 million new sellers join Etsy, many of whom think all they have to do is open a shop and the money will roll in. The purpose of this thread is to show these new sellers what the odds really are, how few sellers do it, and how much work it takes.

I first put this thread up several years ago before the IPO, when Etsy was posting blogs that implied anyone could make a living here (in theory, yes. In practice, no). It quickly became one of the most popular threads on the forum. I think there is a need for it again.

90% OF ETSY SELLERS MAKE LESS THAN $400 PER MONTH. GOT YOUR ATTENTION? READ ON.

I’m going to start out sharing some math. Bear with me, non-math people. To you statisticians, I realize I’m over-simplifying it. I want to keep it simple enough for the non-math people to get the basics. So give me a break if I don’t share all the intricacies, exceptions, skewing factors, etc. I don’t want to overwhelm people with the math.

The average seller only makes $222 per month on Etsy…and that is Gross, not Net!! How do you find that figure? On Etsy’s quarterly reports, divide the figure for GMS (Gross Merchandise Sales) by the number of sellers, and divide that number by three to change it from quarterly sales to monthly.

This figure includes the uptick in covid sales this past year, and is now declining. Before covid struck, the monthly average was only $150!! Can you live on that? I can’t.

“But that is just the average,” you say. “What if I can beat the average?” Well, let’s take a look at a normal bell curve where the vertical scale is the number of sellers and the horizontal scale is how much they sell (you non-math people do a google search for “bell curve” and you can see what it looks like). The “average” is the highest point on the curve and the point mid-way between the lowest and highest sellers, or the 50% point. Half of sellers are below that point, and half above. So on the bottom scale half sell less than $222 per month, and half sell more.

Now let’s divide that 50% point into five 10% increments, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%. To put a dollar amount to those points, we also need to divide the $222 into 5 increments, or $44.40 each. So 10% =$44.40 , 20% = $ 88.80 , and so on, until 50% equals $222.

Now we can add the same amount for each 10% above 50%. 60% would equal $266.40 and so on until 90% equals $399.60.

Now look at the shape of the bell curve and the left-hand scale showing number of sellers. The majority of sellers fall in the 40%-60% level on the dollar scale, or $177 to $267 in sales per month. The number of sellers radically drops off as you go to either end. By the time you get to the top 90% level, there are very few sellers making that much. That means nearly all the sellers on Etsy are making less than $400. If you are making more than that, you are a top seller on Etsy!!

Does that sound like top income to you? No, it doesn’t. But nearly all sellers on Etsy can count on less than that. Only those few who really put the time and work in will achieve those higher figures.

For you new sellers, this shows why your sales may be lower than you expected. You still have a long way to go developing new products, working on SEO, gaining a following, figuring out advertising, finding suppliers, controlling costs, and so on before you reach those few that are above the 90% level and can begin to approach a full-time income.

To the many new sellers who post on the Forum after a few days or weeks, wondering why they aren’t getting sales…it takes months or even years to build your shop up to a good income.

Make sure you are selling legal items. Just because someone else is selling it doesn’t make it legal. That just means they haven’t been caught yet and their shop closed down.
STUDY the Seller Handbook. It tells you a lot about SEO, advertising, good photos, fees, etc.
Critiques of your shop won’t be given in this thread. There is a section on the Forum for that. However, we’d be glad to discuss questions in general related to the topic of this thread.
I can’t believe the number of people who open shops trying to sell items infringing on trademarks, such as Disney, Gucci, Marvel, Hello Kitty, etc. etc. Or they try to sell fan art (legal to make for yourself, illegal to sell). Or they stock up on cheap items from Wal-Mart, Dollar General, or AliExpress and sell them at inflated prices, often as gift boxes. ALL THESE THINGS ARE ILLEGAL ON ETSY! Open your shop with these and not only are you likely to fail, but sooner or later you will get shut down, and probably kicked off the site permanently. For trademark infringement you can get fined, in some cases jailed, and sued for damages. READ the Seller Handbook and Help Articles before you open your shop and you can avoid a world of hurt.

I make a whole heap of money designing E-Covers.
That is some of the easiest money I make.
I can bang one of those out in half an hour, at $50 a pop.

Some days I design half a dozen, plus whatever else I have going on.
E-Covers are not hard to create these days.
There are literally free templates all over the web.
There is simply no barrier to entry into the design world.
The only thing you need to do is practice a little bit. That's all I did.

So how do YOU get in the game?

The same way I did amost 20 years ago.
If I lost all my customers today here's what I'd do, ...again.

If you have no skills with PhotoShop don't worry I didn't either.
I'm about as creative as a door knob, and about as artsy as a Mack truck.
I learned how to 'GET' creative as opposed to BEING creative.

More about that in a minute...

I had a neighbor who was always flipping cars, I mean this dude would flip at least a couple vehicles a month.
He only wanted toyota cars because he knew them pretty well.
He wasn't a mechanic or anything, he'd buy them clean them up and flip them over and over.

I got to talking to him one day and convinced him to write a guide for people who wanted to flip cars.
So he did, I designed an ecover for him (it was so bad) but he loved it.
He converted his manual into a .pdf and sold a lot of copies.

I did the work for free because I had no customers, and I kept approaching people who had a story to tell but no digital skills.

I saw a guy working at the gym in the mall, I found out he owned the franchise.
I told him he should write a guide for people who were out of shape and how if they came to his gym he could help them.

I had to talk to him a few times but once he saw that I would help him he really warmed up to it.

Magic words here, "Write a guide"
People get scared when you say write a book.
Most people couldn't write a book, but a guide?
Yes! Sell it for $10.

I'd help people convert their story into .pdf format then design an E-Cover for them.
There's how you practice, that's how you build a customer base.
You don't wait for them to come to you, you go to them.
Almost everyone has a skill that can be capitalized upon.

Friends and family are a soft base to start from.
When you run out of friends and family you show strangers the work you did for your friends and family.

This is a viable long term career for anyone who wants to learn the craft.

You have as much of a chance of becoming successful training yourself on Photoshop than you do becoming successful doing anything else online. More so in my opinion.

Look at every book cover you can get your hands and eyes on.
Just look at the design, copy what others do.
I ripped off so many ideas from other people it was shameless. But completely legal.

It took me over 7 years to learn everything I’m going to share with you in this book, and above that, for some of the chapters, I’ve reached out to other experts in the field and got them to share their journey and
experience as well.

How to read the book?

We are not just Generate Unique Article - It will also Readable. And The best part is you can do it unlimited time - when you need it.

So let's get started:

In this tutorial, we will generate an Article targeting " How to Lose Weight"

1st - Go to Google Translate

With Free version, you can Rewrite 400 Characters at a time. 1st put your first 400 Characters and hit "Quil It" ( If you don't like with the result you can Requill it again )

Then the next 400 and so on. This way you can rewrite your full article.

[b]8th -- When Rewriting your full article is done, Now go to PLAGIARISM CHECKER to check content uniqueness

In this situation, we got Grade 7 and it looks good. ;)

If you are not happy with the grade you can edit the article with their suggestions and can improve your Grade.

10th -- Check your Article with Grammarly, It will correct any Grmmartical error if you have. Also must install Grammarly Browser Extension.

It will automatically correct your Grammar when you write something :)

small claims court? I am not an attorney, so it is legal, there are in my world, 2 small claims court claims a year.
lawsuits/litigation? I dont really know anything about that.
How about getting paid for just existing?
I am lost, does anyone have any ideas?
