1) Any seller that requested to "temporary live" any sales thread such as BSO or GB will STRICTLY NOT BE ALLOWED to RUN another "temporary sales thread" if the previous temp live remain unpaid!

It comes to my attention that a number of seller are abusing the "temporary status"
and to the point of "mass sending pm or spamming pm" among majority members.

Some others are even spamming on PM, product that was NOT even officially approved or NOT searchable on BBHF, in which they bypass the approval of sales thread. I can even mention names of these dishonest seller(s) who are repetitively abusing the rules, if you received their pm then you know who are they, from now on if they do that again, please report to me.

Abuse happen when seller "A" is asking to temporary live his BSO or GB but spamming all members who even did not post a reply or show interest on their BSO or GB but still some seller are still promoting those temporary sales thread via pm on majority of members that did not even show interest.

Just because they are part of your previous sales thread or purchase you on the past does not necessarily mean that you can spam these member(s) their inbox.
This is still considered as "PM SPAMMING". @everyone please kind in mind what is the meaning of "PM SPAMMING"

PM SPAMMING - is when you received pm from ANY MEMBERS in which you are not even aware what is the offer, or you did not even show interest on what is being promoted on pm and yet you received that pm without your approval.

(Please REPORT to me immediately any members that will be doing that from now on that day i posted this new rule)

Worst part is when you spam any members even product that was not even officially approved or unsearchable on BBHF.

I will strictly MONITOR all those kinds of pm offer and anyone who caught violating will had their send pm(s) deleted from now on.

I will never WARN at ALL, i am tired of sending warning to everyone who are trying to OUTSMART the rule(s).

- ONLY 1 sales thread will be approved temporary one at a time, if they had recent history of temporary sales thread, then the next time they will strictly NOT be allowed to run another temporary sales thread. I repeat ONLY (1) one maximum temporary sales thread will be allowed and i will closely monitor those approved sales thread, no consideration or special treatment will be allowed.


2) All paid sales thread will be considered "FINAL" and non replaceable.

There will be NO REPLACEMENT at ALL. I am tired of replacing any sales thread where in sellers declared it failed BSO or failed GB but just doing it on purpose to replace their old BSO or GB for free and offer another BSO or GB, in such manner bypassing and outsmarting the BSO fee or GB Fee.

As a seller it is your duty and responsibilities to make sure that what your about to sell will be in demand, it is NOT hard to identify any hot products, you can even see request section and look for product that has gaining lot of views or replies on members. It is NOT hard at all!

3) Request thread / Share thread will ONLY be deleted if owner will contact me directly and provide proof you own the product. (Any share or request thread being removed without notice should contact me and resubmitted the thread again so i can locked it from deletion). Removal from anyone that claim a friend will be ignore. It is the responsibility of you as an owner to come forward and claim your ownership on the product and not thru anyone who claim as a friend, cause it comes up to my attention that some members request to remove the product because it is being resold or resell as a gb on other site.

4) From NOW on any complaints from "PAID BUYER" on BSO or GB will strictly NOT be deleted.

Seller(s) will NOT be allowed to request deletion on any complaint(s) or honest feedback among buyers this is to provide transparency.
As a seller if you sell something and buyer complains, deleting his/her complaints was NOT the option to solve the issue but instead you have to focus on what was being complained.
Many buyer(s) is complaining that they pay for someone's product but they are NOT RECEIVING what they paid for. It would even take 6 months or years from them to get what they paid for when sellers are still collecting and just receiving money without even assurance of delivering what they paid for.
This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and not the proper way of selling.
Buyer should deserve to receive whatever they pay for on time.
If you expect to deliver this in a certain date, it should be delivered on certain specific date without letting the buyers wait and just keep on deleting their post complaint(s), so with that deletion will be disabled from "PAID BUYER".

Only complains from "NON BUYER" will be deleted,
what is the use of non buyer feedback if they even did not buy it? so that will be the only one to be deleted.

In some case if the "PAID BUYER" had a post complains on sales thread but the seller refunded the "paid buyer" then that will be the only time the post complaint will be deleted.

If in case the seller is smart and closes his sales thread to prevent "paid buyer" from complaining or simply ignoring your complains then please use this section for everyone to see:

There will always be an impatient buyer that upon sending payment right away, they want the product delivered right away,
those impatient buyer that send payment and expected to deliver the product right away in less than 24 hours are allowed to start a complaint thread if they want to, in this way some of the sellers would be aware of those impatient buyer and will be hesitant to allow them to join on the other future GB.
Remember that GB takes time especially if it is NOT instant GB.
In such case(s) there is an impatient buyer who open a complaint thread against you as a GB Seller, then we allow that complaint thread to exist in this way you have a chance to reply and tell the impatient buyer that they join a GB and not an instant GB, and on that reply you as a seller can specify the estimated date or specific date of delivery.
Buyer can bump the complaint thread at anytime they want to, in this way to remind the GB organizer involved.

Sellers that are being complained is mandatory to respond or take action.
You have every right to defend yourself from any buyer who complain against you.
I said defend not ignore them.

That is the very reason no complain thread are deleted nor moved on private support centre so everyone can see the transparency and the progress of what is going on.

Remember to take action on any complaint thread being address on you.
If you as a seller ignore it, the more buyer you are going to lose in the near future.

Seller with good reputation is the key to make lot of sales, so that they will continue to support and join you on your upcoming BSO(s) or upcoming GB(s).
If you are still here on BBHF and still gaining lot of sales then you only prove yourself that you gain lot of trust already from a lot of paid buyer and they still trust you until now.

Remember there will always be future buyer, if these future buyer see that you have a good outstanding reputation of making a fast delivery and with zero or less complaints then the more you will get success in your upcoming BSO or upcoming GB.

It was not yet too late to build a good reputation. Good luck on everyone!

5) Sending UNLIMITED PM was been disabled. See rule#1
From now on i will disable the option to send "unlimited number of recipients"
This is being ABUSED by many and causing the server stability to lag.
I honestly believe that sending too many pm at the same time on all members are considered "mass pm spamming", this is way been abused for too long and this should be STOP!

BBHF is a SPAM FREE forum.
Anyone caught pm spamming or post spamming from now on will be penalized or banned.

If you don't like the new rule(s) then feel free to leave and move to another forum.
I am implementing this rule for everyone sake's so to be FAIR for others who PAID for their sales thread to be approved and to make sure BBHF are only supporting honest and legit seller(s).

1) anonymiz - external site that is not part of BBHF but we use that as redirection, i removed that script already.

Logii Browser for Marketers ❌No more banned profiles and ad-accounts!❌\
but this can be false positive since it is possible when google system flagged anonymiz the url point to BBHF thread

Answer: NO, we don't tolerate or accept any shares that force any member to pay premium to download. Use [report] button if you see anyone, they will be moderated from sharing.

Question: Shared files when not rar or zip is 5gb but if added to rar/zip it was just 4.99 gb, In this case, am i allowed to add "locked content"?
Answer: Yes this will be reconsider since total file size was 5gb before it was rar/zip.
But if it was not rar/zip and still all the total size was 4.99gb then it will NOT be consider for "post to unlock", i repeat must be 5gb exact or 5gb+ above.

Question: Why do this now?
Answer: Many LOYAL BBHF Sharer are reporting that their links are being deleted fast so to prevent this and to pro long the link especially on share course that exceed 5gb to 100 gb+ in which uploading such large course was not easy, the least thing we can do is grant the request of those LOYAL BBHF Sharer/Uploader.

Question: How about making exemption on VIP?
Answer: No. We have thousands of active BBHF VIP members and some of them are probably developers, lurkers or even leechers at all, this can be seen by the amount of views on any thread but the reply was less than 10.
On thousand viewers who saw the thread, not even hundreds replied on the thread to give thanks atleast to the uploader, so still BBHF VIP wont be exempted for post to unlock.

Question: Are MVP exempted?
Answer: Yes, it is because share link on BBHF and share link on MVP are unique to each other. So if your MVP member and has MVP access then check the MVP site without the need on unlocking anything.

Question: What if other sharer with less 10GB+ or does not meet the following conditions above but still use the "lock content" on share, what will happen to them?
Answer: Just use the [report button], anyone who abuse the locked content on share(s) that does not meet the condition above and not 10gb+ size, their post ability will be restricted, meaning they will be moderated, nothing to worry just use the [report button] and they will be moderated.

Remember this is NOT yet FINAL as much as possible we do not accept "post to unlock" on share(s). But no worry NOT ALL SHARES will be post to unlock that is why it is strictly be allowed on shares that is 10gb+ above only. Below 10gb shares will not be allowed and sharer who abuse this must be reported so they will be moderated.

From 10gb+ it was decreased to 5gb+ as it appear there are some shares approximately 5gb+ that needs to be protected to make sure the link will last long. I have to agree that even 5Gb to be exact was not that easy to upload.

still this will be optional and will depends on the T.S. (thread starter).
Not mandatory, provided there will be a text watermark of BBHF or MVP and still meet the following condition above.

--> 2gb+ share can be reconsidered on post to unlock ONLY if personally bought or personally encoded with either BBHF or MVP watermark.

--> direct link can be now added on post to unlock, still depends on OP (original poster) or ts (thread starter) discretion, you may or may not.

ETH miner was the 1st and it cost $500 that even mods/supermods are no exemption. (Yes i paid for my access while Omni Potens(other mod) had no access since he cannot afford it). Most members cannot afford it, only few of us (If your one of those, thank you). Those who have an ETH miner badge will be given a free MVP access and their ETH miner badge will retain on the MVP site with has the access on the same ETH section hidden on BBHF and it was been moved now on the MVP site called moneyvipprogram.com

This is NOT MANDATORY and we are NOT forcing anyone to pay for MVP access but if you wanna support Admin Mikhael on the new mvp site.
The first 100 VIP members will be given a fixed price cost of $60.
This offer are ONLY for BBHF VIP members.

If you manage to transfer all your important data threads on the MVP site and continued to be useful members on MVP site then your MVP badge will retain. Monthly checking will be done, if you fail to share important things on the MVP site then your MVP badge will revert back to VIP badge.

All VIP members will be given a same VIP badge on the MVP site but this will happen next year but only VIP data can be viewed.
MVP data , MVP section are only accessible on MVP members.

Do NOT be confused as BBHF will still remain.
But if you want to enjoy a much better features then try the MVP Access.

By the way condolece to Admin and to the family if your not aware, his father died 2 days ago but still i can see how dedicate he was. There are much more bigger plan coming ahead on the mvp site.

Plan was if you have 100 rep+ then if 1 rep is 1 usd, then you can cash out 100 USD, that was part of the incoming plan to pay back on those active top vip sharer who never stopped sharing. This was not implemented on the BBHF due to many abuse on rep already, but on the new MVP site the plan was already set in motion but for now we have to focus first on important and useful data that are being moved slowly but surely.

And one more thing, according to Admin Mikhael all top vip sharers can not linked mvp shared on BBHF site alone just do not post the entire URL link so it wont be reported, Only mention the tid (thread id).

I am speaking on behalf of Admin, we all know that BBHF was the 1st of the only site that offer a one-time payment for lifetime VIP and some others did follow.

ETH miner was the 1st and it cost $500 that even mods/supermods are no exemption. (Yes i paid for my access while Omni Potens(other mod) had no access since he cannot afford it). Most members cannot afford it, only few of us (If your one of those, thank you). Those who have an ETH miner badge will be given a free MVP access and their ETH miner badge will retain on the MVP site with has the access on the same ETH section hidden on BBHF and it was been moved now on the MVP site called moneyvipprogram.com

This is NOT MANDATORY and we are NOT forcing anyone to pay for MVP access but if you wanna support Admin Mikhael on the new mvp site.
The first 100 VIP members will be given a fixed price cost of $60.
This offer are ONLY for BBHF VIP members.

If you manage to transfer all your important data threads on the MVP site and continued to be useful members on MVP site then your MVP badge will retain. Monthly checking will be done, if you fail to share important things on the MVP site then your MVP badge will revert back to VIP badge.

All VIP members will be given a same VIP badge on the MVP site but this will happen next year but only VIP data can be viewed.
MVP data , MVP section are only accessible on MVP members.

Do NOT be confused as BBHF will still remain.
But if you want to enjoy a much better features then try the MVP Access.

By the way condolece to Admin and to the family if your not aware, his father died 2 days ago but still i can see how dedicate he was. There are much more bigger plan coming ahead on the mvp site.

Plan was if you have 100 rep+ then if 1 rep is 1 usd, then you can cash out 100 USD, that was part of the incoming plan to pay back on those active top vip sharer who never stopped sharing. This was not implemented on the BBHF due to many abuse on rep already, but on the new MVP site the plan was already set in motion but for now we have to focus first on important and useful data that are being moved slowly but surely.

And one more thing, according to Admin Mikhael all top vip sharers can not linked mvp shared on BBHF site alone just do not post the entire URL link so it wont be reported, Only mention the tid (thread id).

I've been alert for any replies or new threads from him - but none have come, so I tried emailing him directly.

His daughter replied instead, telling me that he is in a struggle for his life in the hospital with a very bad kidney disease.

She also told me that it is OK to share the email address I've been using to any folks who are willing to encourage his healing and wish him well.

She has some way by which she is able to help him see his emails whenever he is conscious.

I am happy to do that for them.

Since it is a poor idea to post any email addy openly, I can provide that info via PM if anyone wishes to send along their email to be used for that specific purpose ONLY.

The BBHF folks for whom I have email addresses already will get the info as soon as I dig through what I have so as to find them.

Kaiser Soze has been a great and generous member here IMO and it saddens me greatly that he is suffering and struggling like this.
