title :- "Need Advice on Buying and re-creating high PR domains" content:- Guys i need expert advice on how to re-create high PR domains to exploit the Pagerank by selling backlinks and also getting benefits for my personal domains.(traffic , PR bump etc.) A few things i would like to ask 1. Does PR drop/change once new whois comes. Or the PR remain there till next PR update from google 2.
