RE:
like OP said you can use it for some custom audience FB marketing, some software can pull user ID but it is much better to have an email to build these types of ads, less likely to be banned by FB - if you have a mass offer this may work out. It's not a free method but it is also not spam

RE:
I have to disagree with you. I have not been in the bulk email business since the days of renting servers on a net 30 and blowing them up with 30 million emails in a weeks time. At that time i had a company called Merlin Services and we sold biz ops. I had doctors, lawyers and all kinds of people respond with comments about how much they hate spam. But the funny thing is everyone hates SPAM unless it's an offer that appeals to you. So with all due respect You have no idea what you are talking about, in my humble but very experienced opinion. We are getting ready to do a email campaign for scar removal cream and i guarantee the response will be great. Anyone interested in helping let me know..

Maybe I'm just old fashioned but I would never send a serious email to someone who has not given me permission to email them (whether they're biz op or not), and this just seems like email addresses that unfortunately were leaked, so it's a long and potentially dangerous path to use these if your business is a real business and not just blasting CPA or other types of offers to the owners of these email addresses.

If you're not seriously seeking to make money in a business that has a real future, then you can probably go ahead and ignore my observations.
