Hi,

I don't have any doc/manual. But as jdgp42 said, error 500 is a server side error. If all your files are set to 777 (wich is not recommended), it's probably a .htaccess issue. Try to rename it (htaccess_bkp) or delete it to see if it works.

2. upload files via FTP
3. go to: yourwebsite.com/subdomain/install [press enter]
4. System Check (clear)
5. Purchase Check (FAIL) -- Requires a CodeCanyon Item Purchase Code
