Newbie Question: Between Installing WP and Backlinking

Hello Guys,

I'm sorry if the answer to my question is available - I just don't know the words to find it.

Anyway, Once I create a site and install WP and publish my review article.. how do i get it in Google?
I mean I did all that and created some manual backlinks but it doesn't show up in MajesticSEO.. Do I need to index it somehow?

Generally, once you have created an article, if your domain is new, you can submit it to a site where it will ping Google bots to crawl your site (http://smallseotools.com/online-ping-website-tool/)

If you want your backlinks to show up in Majestic or Ahrefs, you basically need to be patient because you need to wait for their bots to come to your site. Ahrefs bots are more reliable from what I can see. I mean they are quite fast in indexing backlinks.

You need a good onsite and offsite SEO. Pinging the site is one of the methods, connect your website to Google webmaster too.

Majestic and ahrefs spiders can take a while to index.you can Google search your domain using:

site:yourdomain.com

or

inurl:yourdomain.com

to see if your site is in the google index.
Your site should show up on 1st page
