I looked at the muscle testing video. Omg, it's ridiculous... I was laughing the whole time. You can clearly see her moving her own body, not being "pushed by the energetic frequencies". It's amazing, what people will believe, if you just present it with a confidence and use some charts and stuff. I guess it's because people want to believe.

As for edge1, have you tried it yourself? This is not about her, she is just the messenger. I muscle test easily when I hold my arm out straight and someone presses it down for yes/no answers. And yes the answers are correct for factual stuff, like my name, gender etc. However I want to be able to do it for myself

In my native language looking and watching is expressed by the same word, so my mistake.

Dude, to most people I myself am pretty out there, but the new-agy language is just off putting. There are a lot of concepts and systems like this out there. Some make sense some really don't.

Tapping for example is ok. But there isn't any magic in the body points where you tap or some mambo-jambo like that. You simply associate the taps with the feeling you get when saying the affirmation. With repetition and introduction of problems in the tapping you resolve the problem. In NLP that's called anchoring. What ever you call it - it's still a basic human learning process, we learn thing trough association.

I haven't really looked in on what this chick is teaching about consciousness (just saw the chart in one of her youtube videos), but based on what I saw in the muscle testing video I probably won't either. Just too waky for me. I see her targeting audience as middle aged woman, who "wants to discover herself and open up to the possibilities" with some tarot cards and astrology book in her purse.

Let's put it this way. In my opinion (mostly based on one video) she is to real self development, what S***** wso's are to Dan Kennedy, Jay Abraham and other great marketing "gurus". You are much better of reading Budha or even Bible. Or one of the modern great teachers as Shinzen Young (his Science of Enlightenment program is terrific).
