Thank You for share. added rep. Here is my short review.
There is 2 videos, 3 pdf files one txt file.
First video 36 min and it's mindmap about services arbitrage. short filler that everybody can do it. Than it's like find somebody do things for you on fiverr, odesk, craiglist, digitalpoint and etc. Simple stuff look for reviews bla bla bla. Prospecting is like to ways fast one is door to door, attend as guest in BNI, cold calling(find numbers in google or Manta), FB Ads. Other ways email(again find it on google and Manta), broadcast, linkedin, FB, G+. Again not much of details, nothing new. Start selling, put price at least 25% bigger and if fiverr guy will do it in week you say that you will do in 2 weeks. Bonus 1 in same video and it's about recurring income, like if you offer mobile site charge for hosting etc. Bonus 2. You can sell you services as WSO. That is it.
Second video 1 min long. It shows that if you search on google container gardening you get 17mil results if you search it on google play you get only 15 android apps. OH WOW.
Two pdfs are transcript how she talks with some programer about developing app.
Third pdf is what steps you must do to develop app, with no details. 4 pages, word or two per line.
Txt file it's some random email swipes.

I don't know is it full product, but there is nothing new and if you know what it's arbitrage it's waste of time. My two cents.

I agree with @loboble ...... its too general info...... I only guess that need another product for more details..... is it the complete product ? or another missing one ...?

I would agree, this looks to be the OTO (I even hate typing that for some reason). Anyways, as much as we all like to talk sh*t about the snake oil salesmen, there are SOMETIMES a couple of nugs ripe for the picking, keep an open mind, and think it about it!
