BlastPort Hosting..
I found these guys the other morning while I was looking for a good one and I went ahead and signed up.. the hosting starts at $1 a month and you can pay per month as well. Plus if you need an dedicated IP on shared service it's only a $1 a month as well. If you need a dedicated server they have all that as well as much as you want to spend but the prices are very good.. Heck I may even buy into selling my own services through them as well. Check them out.. blastport.com...
