My quick review based on skimming the PDF. -Pick a niche. -Find contributors for your book via forums, websites, authors. -Contact contributors w/ template that he provides. -Choose the right people from people who have replied to you. -Have them write for you. -Proofread the chapters, check the images, and send into Kindle. He gives email templates, haven't read those yet. Overall, it seems to be a fairly complete plan. Who know if it will work? Must try it to find out. |

If that happens again, it just means there are too many people downloading at the same time.
Also, it can mean your browser isn't coping at that particular time. You can always try a different browser if it continues to happen. Lately zippy tends to run slow and loads multiple windows. I think gett is the best of the bunch out of mirror lists:
