Question What is review copies??
Hello friends
whenever a product launches i see that there are some request to "review copies" for that product! Can you tell me please what is a review copy? and how can i do one? Thanks in advance |

A review copy is a free copy of your product that you give away to other people so that when launch time comes, they wil leave a good review.

On the Warrior Forum, a review copy is also something you can deliberately give out to pre-identified people you know will go ahead and post positive feedback about your product or service.
The goal of giving out review copy is to gain social proof that your stuff is great. Not all feedback left as a result of review copies are dodgy, but on the Warrior Forum it's highly likely it is. Most savvy folks take any comment left by someone who was given a 'review copy', with a pinch of salt. Not surprisingly, giving out review copies works much better outside of the MMO market.
