VERY basic. Get domain/hosting and autoresponder. Find PLR on a topic that is being discussed on forums like the WF. Go to JV giveaway sites and offer your report. Collect emails to build your list.
Looks like they are using this crap to get people to opt into their Gold List Sniper membership. Not worth my time so I didn't bother with the OTO's.
