following license/receipt reset link. I recall most were TEST and 4
numbers you could just try random and see if you can find working or see
if you can find some old licenses from old posts you can reset. I know
this works, it's how I have my working license

the serial number is working

If any update, you must add 127.0.0.1 localhost...etc
to get latest update and the software working again
